Photos taken after cleanup. No calibrated moisture readings. No daily drying logs. No itemized scope of damage. Adjusters can only approve what's documented in writing — and Massachusetts insurance law gives them legal cover to deny anything that isn't.

Insurance carriers price every claim using Xactimate — line-item codes, regional pricing, depreciation tables.
