The structure has to be safe to enter and secured from outside before any cleanup. We handle emergency board-up and coordinate with your adjuster on the initial assessment.

Odor removal
Smoke odor has to be neutralized at the source. Thermal fogging and other proven methods for walls, HVAC systems, and structural cavities, not just surface finishes.

Fire can damage framing, joists, and load-bearing elements that look fine. We assess integrity before any rebuild and remove compromised materials properly.
