I started SR Enterprises because I kept seeing the same thing happen to homeowners and property managers in Greater Boston.
They would call a contractor after water damage or an emergency. The contractor would show up, do part of the job, and disappear. Or they would hire the cheapest bid and spend the next three months dealing with the fallout: the thing that wasn't fixed right, the insurance claim that got complicated, the work that had to be done twice.
I have been in construction long enough to know the difference between a job done right and a job done fast. They are not always the same thing.

We focus on restoration because that's where the stakes are highest. When a pipe bursts or an ice dam takes out your ceiling, you don't need the cheapest contractor. You need one who shows up, documents the damage properly, works with your adjuster, and fixes it completely.
Water damage restoration
Burst pipes, leaks, flooded basements, ice dam damage. Drying, demo, and the rebuild that follows.
Insurance claims and rebuilds
Drying logs, Xactimate-aligned scopes, adjuster communication, and supplements when a claim comes back short.
Renovation and reconstruction
Kitchens, baths, basements, decks, and siding, planned with our designer and built by our crew.

- Single point of contact. From the first call through the final walkthrough. You are not managing three subcontractors and hoping they talk to each other.
- We know insurance work. Drying logs, Xactimate scopes, adjuster calls, supplementing underpaid claims. Part of the job, not something we hand to you.
- Property managers and HOAs, regularly. Documentation for building owners, professional tenant communication, and the paperwork management companies need.
