How we price investor work
Investor work is a different pricing model than retail homeowner work. Smaller margin per job, but volume and predictability matter more than absolute price. We typically work with investors on a per-job basis with the expectation of recurring projects, not one-off pricing.
For first-time projects with a new investor, we provide a standard written estimate with line-item scope. After we've worked together once, we move to a streamlined process — you describe the property, we estimate quickly, we agree on price and timeline, and the work starts.
